Alternative process prints (mostly cyanotypes, although some also have used gum bichromate emulsions) along with hand-applied paint (gouache and acrylic) investigating notions of portraiture. I've always been unsatisfied with most portraits in the way they priviledge physical recognition as the most significant aspect of human identity. Here I try to push beyond the physical and into more emotional aspects of personality and identity.
